Personalized portraits of your beloved, fur based best friends.
Every purchase ships free!
I love my pets! I love your pets too! Let me lovingly capture their amazing personalities in full color on canvas.
I specialize in recreating your fave creatures from photos that you send me. I often love to add pops of color all through the picture to help capture your fur baby's personality.
The portrait will arrive ready to hang with the sides finished. It will be varnished to preserve your painting for years to come.
After you purchase, I will email you and request these things:
~I need 3 pictures to choose from, preferably 3 great head shots with perfect lighting(yeah right!), but 3 photos at the minimum. Pictures with the most detail are best! Please, no night pictures or super grainy/fuzzy pictures.
~The back ground color or if you do not have a preference let me know and I will pick a color based on the information you give me about your pet.
~You can also include any information you would like me to know about your creature. I love the stories about your pet, so include them!
~If this is a memorial portrait, please let me know this as well.
~Please let me know if this is a gift and if I am shipping to a different address.
When I get that information from you, I will give you a timeline that I think your portrait will be done.
Once your portrait is done, I will send you a photo of it so you can approve it. Small changes can be made at this point if need be. There may be a fee for any time consuming adjustments, but I am always happy to do them.
When you approve, I will varnish and ship about 7 days later. Your portrait should arrive within 2-3 weeks after purchase. I try to honor deadlines, so please let me know if there is one.
Krissy Rawley
Artist
Hello!
My name is Krissy Rawley and I am the artist behind PiixlWild Arts.
I have always made art.
I work mainly in acrylic paints, but will make art out of anything including alcohol ink markers, linoleum block printing, and watercolor. I am always learning and taking an art class of some kind.
I am so proud to be a full time, self-employed artist. I believe that art ties us all together in this universe and that it is essential to our human experience. I believe that art should be accessible to all regardless of finances or location. To have a piece of art is to keep a love letter for yourself.
Painting pet portraits came naturally to me as I love animals and animal rescue is my passion! I specialize in capturing a creature's amazing personality and expression. I am honored to be the steward of the artistic expression of your beloved companions. I am almost always available for commissions and I love it when you bring your ideas about your pet portrait!
Every purchase made helps to support not only an independent, self employed artist, but also 4 rescue creatures. An elderly horse, 2 amazing dogs, and a cat named Moon. We all appreciate you for your support!
Inspired by all of my rescue creatures, Kandinsky, Frazetta, Peter Max, Victor Moscoco, Rosaleen Thornton, Klimt, Bosch, Black Angels, and Black Sabbath. My influences are everywhere in nature as well.
I create abstract art because I am not confined by the lines and edges of trying to represent reality. Color is the most important aspect of any art that I create. I love pushing the edges of what we expect a color to be. The more psychedelic, the better.
All of my paintings have so much love poured into them. I hope you enjoy my work and I help you see beauty where I see it.
Thank you so much for taking the time to look at my work. It really means the world to me.
Have a beautiful day,
Krissy
